5. User Content
You may provide information, documents, data, notes,
configurations, or other content through Home Management.
You remain responsible for the content you submit and
must ensure that you have the necessary rights and
permissions to provide it.
You should not upload sensitive information unless the
Service specifically provides appropriate functionality
and protections for that information.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy and aim to process personal
information responsibly and transparently.
Personal information may be processed where necessary
to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
Where applicable, processing of personal data is subject
to applicable UK data protection legislation, including
the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

operate the Service and maintain sessions.
Technologies that are strictly necessary for the
operation and security of the Service may be used where
legally permitted.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the Service and
information processed through it. However, no internet
service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report
it privately rather than publicly disclosing it.
9. Availability
We aim to keep Home Management available and reliable,
but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free
operation.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of
maintenance, updates, technical failures, third-party
outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Third-Party Services
Home Management may integrate with or rely upon
third-party services, infrastructure, authentication
providers, hosting providers, analytics services, or
other external platforms.
Third-party services may have their own terms and
privacy policies. We are not responsible for the
independent operation or policies of third-party
providers.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Home
Management is provided without guarantees that it will
always be available, accurate, secure, or suitable for
every particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability
where doing so would be unlawful, including liability
that cannot legally be excluded or limited under
applicable law.
Important:
You should maintain appropriate backups of important
information stored through the Service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service where
reasonably necessary, including where an account
breaches these Terms, creates a security risk, or is
involved in unlawful activity.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect
changes to the Service, legal requirements, security
practices, or operational requirements.
When material changes are made, we may provide reasonable
notice where appropriate.
Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms
take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms,
where legally permitted.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of
England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer
protection or other legal rights that apply to you.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the
courts applicable under those laws, unless otherwise
required by applicable legislation.
